These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trio Pawn Shop website (the “Site”), owned and operated by Trio Pawn Shop, a licensed business and Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Site or services.

Trio Pawn Shop provides information about and facilitates the in-person purchase, sale, trade, pawn, and layaway of general merchandise, including firearms, tools, electronics, collectibles, jewelry, and more. While this Site is designed to inform and engage potential and existing customers, no firearm or pawn transactions are completed directly through the Site.

All final transactions are completed in-store in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

By using this Site, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
   
• If accessing firearm-related content or submitting a firearms inquiry, you are at least 21 years old and legally eligible to own or purchase firearms under federal, state, and local laws;
   
• You are not prohibited by law from possessing, owning, or purchasing a firearm;
   
• You will provide accurate and complete information when interacting with the Site.
   

Trio Pawn Shop is a fully licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer and operates in accordance with the Gun Control Act of 1968, Brady Act, and all applicable ATF regulations.

By law:

• All firearms must be purchased in person;
   
• Buyers must complete ATF Form 4473 and undergo a FBI NICS background check;
   
• Valid, government-issued photo ID is required;
   
• Firearms are not shipped directly to customers;
   
• We do not conduct or complete sales of firearms online;
   
• We may refuse a firearm transfer or sale at our discretion in accordance with ATF regulations.
   

We strictly follow all recordkeeping and storage requirements as defined by federal law and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.

Pawn loans are governed by Wisconsin law and are available in-store only. Terms vary based on the item’s value and type. Key points include:

• Loan amounts are based on the assessed value of the item(s) pledged;
   
• We charge interest and fees in compliance with Wisconsin Statute §138.10 and other relevant regulations;
   
• All pawned items are securely stored until redeemed or forfeited;
   
• Government-issued photo ID is required for all pawn transactions;
   
• Unclaimed items may become the property of Trio Pawn Shop after the agreed-upon redemption period expires.
   

This Site may describe available pawn services and accepted item categories, but all pawn loans are handled in person with signed agreements.

The Site may showcase items we have available in-store, including firearms, tools, electronics, jewelry, or collectibles. However:
